Gwynn Nilo is an accomplished Learning and Organizational Development expert with a decade of experience spanning across multiple industries, including consulting, banking, technology, and mental health services. As an SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and Certified Learning and Development Professional, Gwynn has been an involved partner for transformative programs in top-tier organizations, developing and delivering robust leadership development programs and competency-based talent management systems. Currently pursuing a double Master’s program, Gwynn demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and is recognized for her comprehensive approach to organizational learning and leadership development.
Gwynn is currently pursuing a Double Masters Program - Master of Arts in Psychology and Master in Business Administration at the Adventist University of the Philippines. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas. After passing the board exam together with the first batch of Licensed Psychometricians in the Philippines, her continuous professional development portfolio includes IHRI Certified Learning and Development Professional, Aon-Hewitt Distinguished Talent Management Professional, Ateneo CORD Learning Design and Evaluation Certification Program, and Ateneo CORD Facilitating Adult Learning Certification Program, among many others. Not confined to traditional academic pursuits, she is also in the process of completing a 2-year Yoga Teacher Training to bring a multidisciplinary flavor with mindfulness and kindness at its core in the corporate programs that she designs..
Recognizing her own strengths and challenges as a person with late-diagnosed ADHD, Gwynn founded GrowthCompass, a leadership and management consultancy that provides tailored training solutions for organizations of all sizes and with a recognition of employee neurodiversity. Inspired by her diverse work across various HR functions in corporations like SAP and UnionBank of the Philippines, she aspires to bring positive changes even to SMEs looking for cost-effective solutions. Her shift to a career in B2B client management, and eventually B2B Sales and Marketing provided an enriched insight on how leaders make decisions for changes that matter in their organization.
