To improve the effectiveness of the decision making of our frontlines. We need to equip them with the appropriate Problem Solving techniques in approaching problems. For purposes of this program we recommend Value Stream Analysis (VSA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the 6 Thinking Hats (6HATS) as basic tools. The program is designed for the participants to learn basic and complex approaches to problem solving. The 6 thinking hats is included to let participant learn the value of perspective in making decisions in a fast phase environment. To achieve organizational effectiveness all key players must be engaged in meeting these essential requirements.
